We’ve rolled out a few product updates in FunnelFox lately, each designed to remove a bit of friction from running your funnels.
Automate data deletion requests
The FunnelFox API can now anonymize one or more profiles in a single call. It permanently strips personally identifiable information from each profile and all of its sessions:
- Profile data cleared: email, phone number, and stored password hashes.
- Session data wiped: IP address, user agent, submitted form answers, postal code, and tracking cookies.
- Transactions and subscriptions kept: your revenue and cohort data stay intact.
What it means for you: GDPR and CCPA “right to erasure” requests stop being a manual project. Your team (or your backend) can handle them in seconds, without breaking your subscription or revenue records.

Let Stripe handle payment compliance and support
FunnelFox now supports Stripe Managed Payments. When you enable it on a checkout, Stripe becomes the merchant of record and handles payment compliance and support for you:
- Tax compliance: Stripe handles sales tax, VAT, and GST across 80+ countries.
- Fraud prevention: fraudulent transactions are blocked in real time.
- Dispute handling: Stripe manages disputes and submits evidence on your behalf.
- Customer support: Stripe provides transaction-level support for those purchases.
What it means for you: you accept payments worldwide while Stripe handles the parts you’d rather not build or maintain. To get started, enable Managed Payments in your Stripe Dashboard, then turn it on in FunnelFox.

Prevent duplicate charges
There’s now a “Limit One Subscription Per Email” toggle for Stripe. When it’s on, FunnelFox blocks a new purchase if that email already has an active, trialing, or paused subscription in your project. Plan upgrades and one-time payments still go through normally, and customers whose previous subscription has ended are unaffected.
What it means for you: you catch duplicate subscriptions before they turn into refund requests and support tickets. To use it, turn it on in Integrations > Stripe, just make sure your funnel captures the customer’s email before checkout.

Keep all your brand visuals in one place
Every project now has a Media library—a single home for your images. Upload your logos, backgrounds, and product shots once, then reuse them across any screen in the Editor. It supports PNG, WebP, JPEG, and GIF, and you can add any image to a screen as a regular element or a background.
What it means for you: you spend less time re-uploading the same assets, build funnels faster, and keep a consistent look across everything you ship.
